Design process
Golf course design and construction is always teamwork where the architect's
vision gets the final form during construction. Detailed construction
drawings are a good base tool for the construction but the final shaping is done
with the designer on the construction site.
GolfArk co-operates also with several golf course construction
professionals whose long experience in golf construction assures
cost effective project.

The company
Jari Rasinkangas, the founder of GolfArk, began his career in golf in
late 1970's. Jari's broad experience provides a solid foundation
for golf course design.
Golf course architecture and construction became Jari's interest in late
1980's with American golf architect Ronald Fream, the founder of Golfplan.
Their first co-design was the Oulu Golf Course, in Finland, the
northernmost 23 holes in the world.
